I take this opportunity to introduce ‘My Recipes Blog‘ run by my better half, Varsha Baikar. She likes to cook various Maharashtrian dishes and also try her hands-on various dishes from different states of India. Apart from preparing regular Maharashtrian dishes, she has an expertise in preparing authentic Konkani recipes such as Fried Neer Fanas, Ukdiche Modak, Bharleli Vangi, Kothimbir Vadi, Alu Vadi, Kalya Vatanya Chi Usal, Fajav Chi Usal and much more.
